It appears Fenir offers this product for either 20 or 21 pin models now as the site provides a choice box between the two console types and loads as such for either into the shopping cart.

Great video, I used this to set my Fenrir up and had no issues. Have you had any issues with any of your games? I had a few bin/cue games from the redump set have issues for me even though the compatibility list showed them as good. In all but one case (In the Hunt) I dowloaded the trurip (img/ccd) and they seemed to work perfectly. These are just corner cases though, as mostly everything seems to just work, and I've been through over 100 games so far. I'm on a US Saturn console (rev VA0) for what it's worth. New FW just came out yesterday which is supposed to add even more compatibility with the redump set, so we shall see!

Any advancements in getting multi-disc compatibility working, for games that need to swap? Was just about to order a Fenrir but wanted to know this first.

So I have a Saturn that has 21 contacts on the ribbon cable going to the disc drive, the fenrir is only compatible with models with 20 correct?

How do you know if you have a 20 pin or 21 pin Saturn? I have a Saturn with a manufacturer date of August 1995 and on the circuit board where Data cable attaches has a number 1 on the right side of the cable connector and a 19 on the left side of the connector so it's 19 pins and not 20 or 21?

Just got mine today and am having issues with the loader/FW files. When I click to download it says I don’t have the necessary app installed. What are you using to download them?

So i just bought a SEGA Saturn! I have seen some videos on youtube about those sd card readers. I saw the Rhea and now yours. Which do you think is the best? Fenrir is better?

Nothing but headaches. Tried redump and trurip games some load most of the time they just black screen. What do I need to do to these files to get them to work on fenrir? Most of the games are one large bin with one small disc image file

Saturn noob here. If I were to buy a japanese unit and install a Fenrir in it. Will it play other region games natively or do I have to mod it even more?
