Man you really can see how talented and synched up they were here. John playing piano, that same room recording magic. Love this.

Finally! Someone who's not all "old TBS this and old TBS that." They kicked ass back then, and they kick ass now. Bands change and grow. Just because they've signed to a major record label and found a bigger fan base doesn't mean they've become "main stream" or "sold out." damnit. True fans should be happy for their success. Fred does PWN!

This reminds me of September here in NY when I was younger. The rain and the leaves...

Still to this day the best TBS song of all time. just so happened to be the first song of theirs I heard too. I remember coming home from high school(freshman year 02) and seeing this music video for the first time. Was hooked ever since.

  • @kozyspike haha, you get retro vids like this by uploading it like 7 years ago....  I was ALL over these guys in middle school and high school, one of the first concerts I ever went to was TBS back when TAYF dropped.  They had so much energy!  At first my heart sank when John left to make Straylight (who never really carried the same torch as TBS) but fred really found a place in the band and all the way up to louder now they made incredible music.  To all who don't know.... Brand. New.  Jesse'll never fall off, you all know the story of There's no I in team and Seventy Times 7, and of course slowdance on the inside, despite the drama, both bands really defined alot of the sounds that came out at the time and the songs they made then have never lost their ridiculously awesome awesomeness.  Hope you like the vids!

I saw a comment on their myspace page yesterday that said "You guys went commercial and sold out. But I still love you." I could've reached through my computer and smacked her. It's like it's becoming the cool thing to say or something. "you're not a true TBS fan if you like them now. John Nolan was so much better." blah blah blah. bite me. =] ♥
  • @Enriquezimirish
Dear People who think that is Jesse Lacey in this video, You are wrong. Yours truthfully, Enriquezimirish ps. It is John Nolan on the keyboard
