This is my third time reuploading this. YouTube likes to really give me a hard time. Anyway, after researching that there are many scary logos around, I decided to make a top 10 list of my own.

Note: I'm not going to be releasing anymore videos much longer. The school season is starting and I have focus on many things. I'll try to upload as much as possible.

New album "Success Is Certain" coming soon.

Goddamnit I just realized I have made a huge mistake about ATV. Three corrections I wanna make: 1. ATV actually comes from the UK and not Austrailia like I said before. Y'all can give me a huge L for that. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 2. Colombiana de Television is from Colombia. 3. Films Incorporated did make educational films, but not exactly for little kids.

9:03 THE HECK NOOOO THOSE COMERCIALS ARE BETTER THE ONES YOU'D SEE ON TV. HECK THOSE SHOULD REPLACE THE ONES ON TV!

It’s been years since I watched this masterpiece of a video. Damnnn, I can’t believe I teared up during the screen gems logo. So many goosebumps, dude. This played after the Jetsons, which my dad and I would always watch together, and HOLY FUCK, your story reminded me of the first time I got scared by it as a child. I hugged my dad and cried on his shoulder. I don’t know why, I just couldn’t control it. I love how weird childhood trauma can be. It opens up chambers in your brain, locked away after years and years of other memories. When you hear at least one note of the tune, your body shakes and feels defenseless, as if you’re a little kid again. Just last year, I finally grew out of my fear of the MGM logo. It took 19 years for that to finish. 19 YEARS.

8:51. "Like a good neighbor, Nation Farm is on your side"
  • The AKA Cartoon Inc logo scared me a lot when I was younger, but I don't mind it that much anymore.

Opinions on the logos: #10: Not scared of it at all. HOWEVER, I am scared of the St. Elsewhere variant (the one where mimsie is dead). #9: Ah yes, the most overrated scary logo of all time. (Ultra Dark and Uber Dark deserve a nightmare rating though.) #8: I think it’s cheesy not scary. #7: Scary and 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀. #6: CBS is creepy. However, ATV is just unsettling. (ATV comes from the UK actually) Commercials: Paper mirror: Paper doesn’t have a reflection. Brand new water: THE SAME WATER AS ALWAYS. NationFarm: NATIONWIDE WILL EAT YOUR EYE. #5: It’s like DUN DUN DUN. #4: THX 2.0 (and because it’s name, Colombiana de Television is from Colombia.) #3: Shouldn’t have this been on the Ugliest or Worst logos list? #2: |:( Honorable Mentions: #1: That was loud. #2: C W S U #3: THE AUDIENCE IS NOW D E A F #4: Eh. #5: LIONS BEWARE. #1: Another overrated scary logo. (The story’s sad though....😰)

Honorable mention 5 had actually scared me as a little kid. And plus, the two logos at number 6, kinda scare me and is also unsettling in my opinion, and the same thing goes to number 2.Anyways keep up the good work MrDIRECTOREIGHT. :) Edit:Logos at number 10-7 and 5-3 and 1 don't scare me. The ultra dark variant for the Viacom v of doom is also kinda creepy but the main logo doesn't.And you know what's weird, I actually like the THX logo.

You: I LOVE IT WHEN THINGS ARE LOUD!! ATV: ?!?! CBS: Where you being sarcastic?

I love this video! And I agree with you on many of those logos! I have Asperger's Syndrome and I do get scared by certain sounds and musical patterns. For years I was too embarrassed to admit I was afraid of some media company logos because I thought I was the only person who was scared by something as commonplace and ordinary as a media company logo. Now I see that there are many people that feel the same way I do! The freaky music on that Screen Gems logo always scared me too, and it still does! The older MGM logos from the '40's and back have always creeped me out too! The logos that have always scared me the most are almost every logo for Universal Studios (which seems appropriate since Universal has always been known for their monster movies and for creating some of the most iconic movie monsters in history!) namely for the visuals and the music! Their lastest logo scares me the most-their 75th anniversary logo that shows an enlarged Planet Earth, then suddenly a monstrous 3D company name encircles the Earth!! I can't even look at those enormous letters spreading across Earth without screaming and holding one of my dolls for protection! It makes me feel less me we're being attacked by an enormous Universal sign! And their '70's and '80's TV logos were just as bad with that music that ended on an up ending and that 3D spinning Earth! That Screen Gems music also scared the hell out of me too! Even the most recent Disney logo scares me-the one that starts out in the clouds nice and peaceful, then moves down to reveal the Disney flag on the tallest spire of Cinderella's Castle all while playing "When You Wish Upon A Star" first quietly, then loudly then quietly again! Admittedly, when they use the up ending for this song it freaks me out too! It reminds me of the scary segways Disney used for their TV shows in the '60's and '70's where they would show a very dark and spooky picture of Sleeping Beauty's Castle-later Cinderella's Castles in the '70's after Walt Disney World opened-then they would show the opening credits of the show with very calming music-then suddenly the flashes of animated fireworks would be seen behind the castle and the music would became more wild as Tinkerbell appears, flies around the castle and uses her magic wand to zap us all into complete darkness! To be clear Tinkerbell never scared me but the music and the darkened castle and flashing animated fireworks followed by total darkness did! They used those segways in the opening of the show and I think before the commercial breaks. Paramount's current logo with the 3D stars appearing out of nowhere and forming the partial circle around the picture of the mountain freaks me out at times too! Believe it or not the Viacom "V of doom" never actually scared me-as a matter of fact I LOVE that logo! It was shown at the end of each syndicated episode of "The Alvin Show" ( The original 1960's Alvin and The Chipmunks cartoon) and I'm a HUGE fan of "The Alvin Show". So every time I see the Viacom "V" it makes me think of "The Alvin Show" and I get all warm and nostalgic inside! I can also see where the MTM logo can be scary at times-although the original logo shows the cute little kitten meowing sometimes they changed it to suit the show-like for example when it would shown at the end of "Newhart" instead of a cute little kitten's meow you would hear Bob Newhart's baritone voice saying "Meow!" That could be very freaky! There was also some '80's medical drama that showed the poor kitten on a stretcher hooked up to an I.V.! Imagine seeing that if you're a kid who loves cats! Pure nightmare fuel!! Love the video! Love to hear your opinions about these logos!

API scared me as a kid really bad. It looked like an evil ceiling fan that wanted to kill me. Seriously, the first time I saw it I was 3 or 4 years old, it was on a VHS tape, I was so scared I actually started to cry. Luckily I don't have that reaction as an adult but it does make me mildly uneasy still.
  • @sralyn
Yes MTM did catch me off guard with those fast paced letters, but the kitten is so damn cute! 😻
  • @Tomversal
The one that scared me so much as a kid was the BBC DVD indent, haunting as hell, I put it at number 1 on my Childhood Trauma list
  • 17:42 The MGM Tanner the lion Variant appeared in in some Tom and Jerry 1940s episodes and it came in the background instead of the blue cartoon background. it sometimes also appear in the Hugh Harman and Tex Avery cartoons. and It was insane and it scared a lot of children back then in the past.
  • The paramount feature presentation always has the most scary effect videos no matter what
  • @Audi-rv7oj
I can't belive ViD's logo was used for 9 YEARS
  • @Parallel_26
One Reason MTM Is Funny Is Because They Released A variant Where Mimsie Burps 😂
