I think the interesting point was right at the end. Tom asks "do you ask the questions or is that what meditation is for?" and without hesitation Deepak answers it's what the meditation is for. Had he just answered the questions, rather than embarking on the journey through meditation, he'd likely find his mind is telling him a story just as he explained with how we identify a cup. Great share

Wow! What a revelation! I’m watching it in bed, coughing no fever, otherwise fine -hubby’s the same. I’m Terrified and hopeful. We all need let go of ego, and just BE. Connect!
