I think that is the funniest 15 minutes of don rickles on the tonight show, especially his impersonation of Cary grant,wonderful stuff,that kind of comedy will never come again.

Im 56. I would sneak out of bed and watch/ listen to Carson. By age 10 I was watching on Friday night. Around 1977. Star Wars, Elvis died. Mom was pregnant with a boy then. My bro was 7. Mom lost the baby at 5 months. I often think of the " what ifs". I would have a bro of about 45. My only bro was later killed at age 32 on a unsafe job site. That was Dec. 2002. I have a sister who turns 40 next month, Aug '24. Im almost 17 yrs older. ENJOY the good times, cherish your loved ones. I married, 2 kids. After 30 yrs marriage ended, kids grown. 2020 hit, which shattered my family. Nobody talks to another now. My kids stopped communicating with me. My son was ill, smoked cannibis, He had a psychotic episode, paranoia, now hasnt spoken to me in 7 months. I havent seen my grands in that time. I have 3. So tragedy comes no matter what you do. I always cared for my family. I gave my son so much. I never asked for anything. I was always there. Kids can turn on you. Spouses can have mental spells, etc. I ask God why am I alone now?

Those were the good old days when comedy good, but the way our society is today Don would probably get all the PC type of people on his back. I'm glad that I was born in1960, I can't believe this country has become so screwed up by the poor me kind, who can't take a joke
