This is a big one. And I mean that both in terms of the size of the property and size of the dissapointed that swallows this franchise. Whether that's dissapointment in the games individually or the lack of tangential reality on the upcoming Dreadwolf.
No spoilers here for the story of Inquisition, just in case anyone hasn't played it before and is getting the chance here. However, I am really interested to here from the fans how they feel about this one ten years later. Please bare with me as I try to remember everything about this game from a decade ago across the video...

  • This game is a treat. Starts a little slow, but once you get the hang of the combat and the story begins to unravel, you get easily hooked. The amount of choice you have to portray your character the way you want is incredible. I have almost 600 hours in Inquisition. A tip: playing with a controller on PC is very nice.

I actually play Dragon Age Inquisition 4 times on my PS4 so I can try out the 4 races. I never found the game to be that boring as a lot of people said it was. Here’s my list of Inquisitors. Male Elf Knight Enchanter. Romanced Cassandra Female Human Tempest. Romanced Cullen Female Dwarf Assassin. Romanced Blackwall Male Qunari Reaver. Romanced Josephine

I have played through the entire franchise on many occasions. Even 2. As such I played through Inquisition many times too. The last time on Steam where I did a single playthrough. I played through the main story. All of the DLC. All of the side quests and activities of the main game, most of the collectibles of the main game. Most of the side quests in the DLC and some of the collectibles in the DLC. It took me 98 hours. The game has some problems, but I love it. As soon as the release date for Dreadwolf gets announced I will run through it again.

I picked it up from Epic yesterday, wondering if I should install it. I remember playing it when it launch 10 years ago and I remember why I stopped playing it also.

I used to always play as a rogue so i didn’t have to rely on any character to pick locks or disarm traps

Could never get into it. I've tried and I've tried but it was just never interesting for me. And the male character voices never matched with what I tried to build. Total immersion killer.

I played all the Dragon Age and for me personally the first game is simply the best and I hope that the new Dread Wolf will be at least the same or even better than the first one

I hated it combat system, that's why i stopped even tho i tried it several times with 7+ hrs invested in almost each attempt.
