The 1930s serial killer/demon is a reference to Hazbin Hotel's Alastor, a series which finally came out in 2024. One would need to either watch the Pilot+show and read the Wiki to understand, and/or spend too much time on THAT side of Tumblr. Cheers!

The one with the killer who was also a demon is a cosplay from a series (which has not been completed yet) called Hazbin Hotel. The video wasn't especially cringeworthy unless you think the Hazbin/Helluva Boss (another series by the same person) fandom is cringe. Honestly some excellent content from them, Vivziepop. Unless you don't like dirty jokes/content, gore, LGBT+ relationships/characters, or drama I really recommend watching the series!
