  • OMG that's a lot of working out. I wish I got addicted to working out but it just isn't happening. Take care of yourself and thanks for sharing this. I need to find that balance. Donna:)

    Sally, you look like a totally different person. You look great. Congratulations! You have to take a break sometimes. If it is just to let your body recoup, you need at least a day off. One day per week, you will not go back to the darkness. It is so good you are getting to play with your students. I know about this. I climb, crawl on the floor, jump on tables, and act like I am in elementary school! I know this is important. Keep up the great work sweetie!

    You are looking good:)getting all toned up girl!But.....PLEASE dont stay on the excercise equipment for 1 hr:(only do a few mins per excercise machine...They told me that at the YMCA..maybe take a banana with you next time for the added sugar and potasium to help with the muscles.. Great Job!
