Steve Spagnuolo said that this is easily the smartest defense he’s ever coached. It’s one of the reasons they’ve had so much success with all the 1st & 2nd year guys in that defense. It’s a complicated scheme. If you can’t pick it up quickly, it’s going to be hard to get on the field.

My favorite all time safety was a thumper! #25 Greg Wesley out of UAPB! I think I remember him having a sledgehammer icon on Madden which was so fitting. He would make receivers and tight ends debate coming across the middle!

Kc has a great set of position coaches and vet players like honey badger and Eric berry. Justin is the current vet and will likely be his last season this yr as kc drafted his replacement. How about those f'n chiefs😍

Probably not the best but I’m going with James Hastey my favorite saftey. Definitely a lot better players but Hastey just reminds me of being a young kid watching the chiefs. Also shot out to My Hero Daniel Sorensean. His end with the Chiefs wasn’t great but he was all over are first super win with Mahomes. Especially the Houston comeback.

Last preseason, the coaches and players all said Connor was the player that “flashed” the most. I think Mahomes even said something.
