@Gearczar13 No, Zero's Shou Ryuudan is the strongest attack in the game. No single attack does as much damage. Now in terms of collective damage, there might be room to argue.

@elevate07 oh yeah thats true. Although now that you mention balance, I remember reading that the Megaman X representative (WHO IS NOT MEGAMAN X please dont rage peoples) is going to be "unbalanced but in a way that works" were I believe their words
