Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
All pokemon must be nicknamed

Hardcore Rules:
Always Set mode
No items from the bag option in battle (held items are ok)
No overleveling the next gym leader

    I honestly never understood the complaints with Sprigatito, other than it being another quadruped to biped evolution. I love its funny mask, floating flower and magician aesthetic. The only thing that's making me hesitate picking it for my starter is that its type overlaps with Mabosstiff who is just the most precious boy.

    That was such a clean run, I thought for sure you'd lose at least one pokemon to either Kofu, Hassel or Turo but you steam rolled them with relative ease (That double missed Stone Edge was so clutch) , nicely done!

    Meowscarada having such high speed allows it to easily defeat both of the other options in one hit. Plus it is the one I enjoyed using in every battle. 7 crits in a row to beat a steel team. Insane.

    The Reason why I chose Sprigatito is that the final evolution Meowscarada has a move called Flower Trick. The quote say "This attack never misses and always lands a Critical Hit"

    Sprigatito is adorable and its evolution line is really nice. Floragato is adorable, probably the best second stage evolution in a long time and is like a Pokemon Puss and Boots which I think was a design inspiration. And Meowscarata is a BEAST The performance and magician theme it has makes it rather unique. AND it has probably one of the best moves in the long time: Flower Trick. A 70 power, no miss, always crit attack that gets stab (and tera boosts too)? So yeah, no regrets choosing it for my first run. Its already one of my favorites since Venusaur.
