TheQuackinator - Null & Void (Dark, minimalist ambience)

I know many of my existing subscribers are here from my gameplay content, such as my Skyblock videos, but I'd like to get my channel unstuck from JUST skyblock and even gaming content as a whole and I'd like to test the waters with music production. If this isn't your cup of tea, you may unsubscribe (not that you need my permission to anyway 😉)

This was my second true attempt at making a track with FL Studio. It's definitely on the very basic side of music but I like the "dark atmosphere" with it. The first true attempt will probably be uploaded soon as well, if not already.

🟩 What you may do with this music without paying royalties or fees (I do however recommend waiting a couple of days if possible in case any issues appear with the original music video):

• Listen to it, if you've clicked on this video, you're probably doing this already :)

• Use it in a YouTube or other non-adult content social media video, including monetized videos, with the sole condition being that you credit me, either in the video itself, and/or the description. Bonus points if you leave a timestamp, especially if you use multiple pieces of music in your video

• Use it in personal non-commercial projects, like school projects, family birthday videos and such. I'd prefer if you did give credit here, but if it's not going to be public, this isn't a big issue.

• Use it on user-generated content sites such as Scratch and Newgrounds (I'll likely upload it to Newgrounds too!) with credit.

• Sample part of the song to use in your own music, as long as you also allow others to do the same to any of your music. This includes making music that sounds somewhat similar to mine.
• (Taking legal action over a small part of similar sounding music (like the Gray v. Perry case) WILL kill the music industry, as well as make future potentially amazing musicians scared of making their own music. The legal minefield that the music industry is right now, has to go and I hope that me doing this could at least help against that.)

• Should this music be in major danger of being lost to time, including my uploads of it disappearing for over a year without notice, it may be uploaded anywhere without monetization for the sake of preservation. After the year 2100, this music is to permanently fall into public domain.

🟨 What you may do with this music ONLY if you have direct permission or a license by me (TheQuackinator). Note that I reserve the right to decline your use for any reason, regardless of if you're willing to pay for a license:

• Use this music in an advertisement, regardless of platform, location or product, that doesn't promote anything political, medical, military recruitment, NFT/Web3/Crypto or pseudo-science related.

• Upload a remix or cover of this music, as long as you use the exact same terms as the original music.

• Use in an actual major product release, like a commercial game or movie for outside of user generated content sites, as well as products made to be broadcast on television or the radio.

• Anything else not listed in these terms.
