Cravings WILL eventually go away. While you're dealing with cravings, however, there are a few tips for dealing with them.

    Nice man. I would also add that high fat is super important for satiety and overall health. And I think its mostly organisms in the gut that hijack your brain and create those cravings for sugar and carbs. Once you starve them out, bacteria that live in a more protein+fat environment will take over.

    I would also like to add drinking tons of water can help satiety. Up to a gallon of water a day, but just making sure all you drink is water for hydration or the sugar free milks for snacking like you mentioned.
