I did one run yesterday after maxing hexa spin (very scuffed run) and spent a day theorizing how to optimize the rotation. There are a couple points that still could use improvement (mainly my usage of the 1 min skills), but I'm very happy with the burst rotation I came up with.

My issue yesterday was that Spirit Flow did not come up in time for F98, so I focused on figuring out how to cast earlier Spirit Flows in the rest of the run with my cdr hat. Even losing damage prior to F98 is not as important as ensuring Spirit Flow is up in time for one last spin.
