The worst take ever is claiming Russell Westbrook ISNT averaging a triple double tbh
  • Saying K Love was a fringe all star when he first joined the Cavs is crazy. He was a perennial all star borderline superstar on the wolves so that take is revisionist as hell
  • A superteam is that "I don't want to play anymore" energy and emotion you have when the kid you're playing pickup with in 4th grade brings his older brother from community college to absolutely destroy you. Granted, I'm 20, but I've only felt that way once.
  • Isiah Thomas won a championship in 1988-89 as the number 1 option. If that's not in your prime idk what is.

When Harden went to the Nets he was considered a top 5 player. He was right after a season where he averaged 34/7/7 on 63% TS. An absolute superstar, no questions asked. So yeah, Durant, Harden, and Kyrie (just outside the top 10) is an absolute superteam.
  • These might be the worst takes of all time but did you know Carmelo Anthony screamed out "#$% outta here I got it" when he grabbed a rebound?

man i’m tired of hearing how the cavs weren’t a super team when they traded one of the most hyped FIRST OVERALL PICKS of the last couple decades for a mf that averaged 26 and 12 to become the THIRD OPTION with lebron and kyrie ☠️☠️☠️
  • Micheal Jorbum I’m dead😂😂😂 “Retired because no more plumbers to beat” 😂☠️☠️☠️☠️
  • @MonteYRM
Cutting out his promotion for your own promotion is crazy 🤣
  • Wait, did y’all replace Jimmy’s seat geek ad with your seat geek ad?
  • @ItWillBeSteve
Solz that Giannis over Hakeem take is the worst thing you've ever said 🤣
  • @forbesdt
Love these Long Disect reaction videos. Great to listen to on Car Rides home from work.

The revisionist history was crazy for the Superteam segment
  • @ImHighRN
Cleveland was most definitely a super team.
  • Pretty sure most of the media and the public in general didn't even consider the Lakers the best team in LA at the start of the '20 season, let alone a Super Team.

Isaiah was definitely in his prime in 1988 but yea 1988 is a good argument. 1996, nah 4/8-5/8 names make sense but the others no there is a huge drop. 2003, 6/8 are legit but but there’s a drop off with AI and it falls off a cliff with Kidd lmao. 1988 is a good example tho. I prolly still give it to 2022 tho tbh if we talkin overall Also heat and maybe 2017 cavs are lebron’s only superteams
  • That kat argument really died when they saw my man attempted less 3s than bertans 😂😂

The funny thing is, in the 90's when Rodman joined the Bulls, nobody thought it would be a super team. With Pippen and Jordan getting old, adding a Rodman who was a bust on SA, people genuinely believed they were washed. The entire idea that the 96 Bulls are a superteam is some serious contermporary revisionist bs. I mean, I won't deny they became a superteam, but nobody was going "oh shit, the NBA was doomed in 96."
