A neighbor called out to me while knocking on this door to let me know the house was vacant. He'd been mowing it a while ago but the overgrowth was too much and was damaging his mower. So, it's been growing rampant for a while now and looks so bad for the neighborhood. Luckily, I was able to clean up the entire thing, reveal some hidden sidewalks, and make it look better than it's looked in a long time.

You should put an SB Mowing sign in all the yards you do for free for 1 or 2 wks. That way the neighbors or realtors know who to thank.

Spencer, in these times when there are more and more lawn cleanup channels on YouTube (some good, some not so good) you are still one of the original and one of the best out there; great content, no cutting corners or conflict for ratings, no annoying music or dodgy video, just hard working and who comes across as a genuinely nice person with a huge heart. If I had a house that was unoccupied and I lived out of town, I think I would pay someone to keep up the lawn. Spencer, you are an angel for helping people and the neighborhoods. Wow Spencer, I think you got there just in time before nature reclaimed this place! The owner should be so pleased as should the neighbors. The gentleman who mowed the lawn for him, must've been completely overwhelmed by the prospect of cleaning that place up!
