Withered chica IS pretty scary in my opinion. The unwithered chica can move her jaw up and down tho the jaw design is scary with it being 2 separate parts. But then withered chica has her jaw stuck in place while the endoskeleton jaw moves fine. Horrifying if you ask me, and the hands being stuck in t-pose and with those wires just makes it 10x more terryfing. And her voice- don't even get me started on her wavy microphone sounding voice which can be heard in fnaf ucn during the jumpscare and is super terryfing. And fnaf 2 in real time (or whatever it's called) has a custom animation of her talking where only the endoskeleton jaw moves since the casing jaw is, once again, stuck in place, AND it also uses her voice from fnaf ucn? Yeah legit the scariest animatronic ever. Also the fact that the withered animatronics in fnaf 2 seen as super tall when at your desk is even scarier. Just a 8 foot tall robot machine coming at you and it's also broken beyond repair but still walks and stuff? Yeah no
