Magic battle: Age of empires 3 skirmish 1 vs 7 on extreme w/o population

I will explain the logic behind the choices taken:
As to enemies, many may not work well witohut population (Not moving or just creting a little amount of soldiers) so i chose the ones that create the most soldiers and can attack or defend properly.
Caribbean: This is simply because of the island layout, if i were to be in the same land as them, its simply impossible.
Army distribution: Its important anyways to have armies in each town, or buildings that can produce them, sometimes they make sneaky and powerful counterattacks.
Army limit: If any of us were to make more than 1000 units per person, the game itself has problems making most of the soldiers get stuck or have a tremendous delay in moving or attacking, until the numbers go down, so i can pull off a 10k army, sorry.
Handicap: It is to make the resource gathering better for all of us in order to make a bigger scale war.
Attacks: Unless you destroy their ships or get too clase to them, they wont launch their ships on you, both fisher boats or cities. Once you come into their view, they will try making landings, some hard to predict where.
Army management: It is really hard to control the big armies while attacking, hence my total defeats in many battles. This includes, making sure an army doesnt break the position or wander off, making sure to get as many enemies between range, following each army indicating the target to maximize the range and thus the damage and most important of all, the cannons which change position to transport in critical situations due to the range difference.
I will upload better wars than this one though, the record the enemy has had here is 2700 and i got them to 4000 before, making it more enjoyable to play.

it is easy to win on carribean.You can win 1 vs 10,or 1 vs 15 because they attack with ships ,soldiers on them and you can easily destroy the ships.

there is no population limit in this play, normally it would be harder to fight with enemies like that

how can i increase population limit i fail most of game because of these to i train imperial host gun or some other who have kill xp 50 or 40 taking 6 pops so i cannot train more

Hello, I am sort of new to age of empires, do you have any basic tips to give you faster resources, or better armies, I also really want to know how to get the infinite pop, if it's a hack thing, then don't worry about it, but yeah, anything basic for beginners would be great, I already know stuff like how to upgrade outposts and stuff, but I'm sure you know a lot, thanks so much if you read this.

Informative for the noob for the pace of play, but seems a hell of a lot easier when you don't have to build houses.
