Just happy that someone is finally talking about his insane skill level. Casuals think that he's just dunking, but in reality his game is predicated on his shiftiness and touch off the glass

Crazy how he seemingly went from hyped like he's the next one up to being lowkey really underrated in a span of 2 years.

His passing/vision/playmaking is the most underrated aspect of his game. It's really, really good. You only have to watch a Pelicans game once in a while rather than just highlights and you see these dimes being dropped and then you have to pinch yourself and realize that there's more to his game than you first thought. He shoots 70% from the free throw line as well, so you can't just play hack-a-Zion against him. Zion with a mid-range game would be the end of basketball. It would open up his game to an extent that wouldn't be legal.

I say this everytime one of his most underrated part of his game is his playmaking skills and decision making. I remember watching him at Duke and they had him the middle of the zone and the passing and decision he made on top of how quick he did was fun to watch.
