I have worked hard to build this channel and would be sad to lose it for something so trivial. Thanks for understanding. Peace.

I cannot imagine how many enemies he made along his career. lol
  • @ultraviolet4748
A lot of fans defended all of his attitude just because he is a good player. But recently he (finally) got a lot of backlash for “whining” when he lost. Gideon clearly hasn’t fully recovered from ankle surgery. All of the achievement that lead to being the world number 1 can not be done without Gideon not participating in it. At least he should be more understanding.
  • Greysia Polli has got many friends from her badminton career while Kevin always makes enemies.
  • @bradmigos864
No world championships and No Olympic Gold despite being number one for so long He definitly did what no one was expecting !
  • @nyamnyam4807
the bias of some comments lol 🥶 its “playful and entertaining” if kevin (or any indo player does it) but when other players do it its suddenly “disrespectful” sheeesh pick a struggle
  • @geetraldinha
Indonesia fans won't defend him if he's not from Indonesia. They always get mad when players from other countries do some antic on court but when it's Sanjaya, all is acceptable for them.
  • @xfarr904
sometimes it's funny and entertaining, but sometimes it's a bit too much. gill clark also very much love kevin when he shows his 'behaviour', but not when he kept doing it the entire match till it became heated. he came off a bit rude sometimes. ahsan also another player that sometimes did this kind of psywar, but never too far. he did it with class and respect. my point is, you can like him, like I do, but don't defend his behaviour when he crossed the line.

Im indonesian and im embarassed everytime my fellow people defending his impoliteness on court. They defended him with stupid reasons such as "its a mental game" "he purposely annoys his opponent, he's actually very polite" etc. these noobs badminton fans doesnt understand that badminton, especially the asian players are famous for being polite and calm on court. Being "different" doesnt makes u unique. There's a limit to "mental game" in sports, and being rude clearly not a part of mental game.
  • @manewhairstyle
for the clip at 2:28 it wasnt a fault for swinging his racket provocatively, it was bc the umpire claimed that he touched the shuttle. and obviously he didnt so sukamuljo thought that was absurd. not bc he swung the racket in the air

i see these type of behavior in tennis matches - not in badminton. Im a big fan of the indonesian team. Jordan and Oktavianti, Ginting, Christie and most of all the Daddies. Not a fan of the minions however i think Gideon is a calm and composed soul. We cannot hide the fact that Sanjayas Skill is amazing, however it is his behavior like this that dampens it. Again ASIAN badminton stars are very orderly and courteous in court. This is what makes sanjaya a one of a kind, not in a good way. Just my opinion
  • @Pingbo97
This guy habitually takes on court rivalries to a personal level and acts provocatively, really wouldn't call it unexpected at this point. For some reason he beefs especially hard with Goh V Shem and Li/Liu
  • @jajamarujumbo
If he does it regularly, everyone will expect he gonna do something. XD
  • I don't think you'll see this kind of attitude on court of him again. Not because he becomes nicer, but because he'll not dominate the sport again. Everyone can beat him now. He's not that scary anymore, hes not that intimidating anymore. And Indonesian people who usually are behind to defend him will no longer defend him as he shows some disrepecfull behavior towards his coach herri ip that dissapoints a lot of people. This is why good attitude is very important,,,
  • Indonesia used to produce world class badminton greats and legends. Their talent used to speak for themselves. They got to get back to being that and get better and not be happy with players showing low class mentality. Kevin is a good player with bad attitude and that's what he will be remembered for. Nothing classy or legendary.

This channel... most of the videos are pretty good. Then once in a while will upload a completely biased video about Kevin. He's definitely a very very talented badminton playing. But how about making one where he's the one that start taunting the opponents first then escalate it further? oh wait... no... the fans refer to that as "psywar" lol. He's the most immature player on the Indonesian team. He lose control of his ego and start taunting his opponents. I'll give credits where it's due, there were recently several months that he played with zero drama and still won everything. That was really great to see. Be proud that indonesia have such talented players. But i wonder why Ahsan/Setiawan have been winning for so long without ever needing to resort to "psywar"? Wonder why they're so respectful/respected with their opponents win or lose. Now hold your champion Kevin to that same standard, don't defend childish behaviours.

What I know is that all badminton players are kind, because whenever we score we still say sorry to our enemies, especially when the opponent has been hit at any part of their body.. so to future generation who might read this, it's always good to follow good behaviour while playing any sports.
  • We need this more. So entertaining! The badminton sports will be famous
  • Badminton trolling hahahaha, its honestly so funny and entertaining
