Bell Pepper & Potato Recipe:
This recipe is a very easy and quick meal that I put together when I have nothing else to make! I tried my best with the instructions so dont come at me haha! I hope you enjoy!
Serves 3-4
4 Bell Peppers (orange, red, or green work. I often buy on of each but this time I only used orange).
4 Potatoes
2 lbs Ground Beef
Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
-Peel and cut 4 potatoes into small cubes and sautΓ© in a skillet for about 10min.
-cut 4 Bell peppers into thin slices and add to the skillet.
-let cook for another 10-15 min until potatoes soften and season to taste with Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice!
-In another skillet, add your ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and cook until brown. Transfer over to the skillet with potatoes and youβre all done!

There are too many things to love about fall for me.
