I decided to play around a little and do a trio of videos focusing on the non-animated Gundam works that were included in ExVs. First off is Gundam SEED Astray, which technically did get a pair of promotional shorts, but is still primarily a manga and photonovel series. It's also one of the better-known amongst casual Western fans thanks to Tokyopop releasing three of the series (the original, R, and X) before folding

The "story" here takes place late in Gundam SEED. Kira and the Archangel have just gotten back to Orb following the disaster at JOSH-A, the brand-new Freedom Gundam in tow. Morgenroete wants to test it out to discern its true potential, when an unexpected volunteer steps up. Because after all, how could Lowe call himself a true Junker if he passed up the opportunity to be one of the first to see a brand-new MS in action?
