On the 7th of September 1996, Mike Tyson fought Bruce Sheldon for the WBA Heavyweight Championship. It was an easy fight for Tyson, knocking his opponent out in the first round. It was one of the shortest Heavyweight championship fights in boxing history, lasting one minute and 49 seconds.

A guest of honor at the fight that night was Tupac Shakur, who attended the fight with Suge Knight, the head of Death Row Records. They had ringside seats and saw Tyson’s victory. 2Pac was ecstatic that his friend won.

But the night turned into tragedy. Watch for more on Tyson's reaction to Tupac's death and his theory on what happened that night.

Sorry the sound is a little off with this video. I was trying something different with my mic. And Pac would have been 49 not 50. Thanks for watching. 💕
