I'm stuck on the fact that she bought that huge house for $430k. All that land.

The fact that they is no actual research to make sure that the actions aren’t fraudulent is INSANE IN 2024!!!

That home is gorgeous. I’m glad she got some justice
  • I’ve lived in Atlanta for the past 5 yrs, this is the most deceitful place I’ve ever seen. Than they move so damn slow with everything. Everything is a scheme or scam out here. I’m so glad I’m moving Ray Charles can see this state is ran by a bunch of idiots🤦🏾‍♀️
  • All because a woman wanted her house back….. I would sue her to the first degree💯💯💯🌅😇

All 50 states need to update their laws to prevent this kind of fraud. Require proof of purchase, identification for anything filed with state institutions.

I recently had a fake realtor rent a house to me to use on air bnb who I paid every month faithfully. Well, she didn't pay the owner (she lived in Cali) and kept all proceeds. The owner finally showed up and informed me that the realtor told her I was in the hospital for the last 8 months. Needles to say, I moved out and let the home owner have her property back and deal with that thief.
  • All legal loopholes and technicalities need to be closed immediately.
  • I'm PLEASANTLY impressed with this investigative work here. More of this level of follow through will help the entire state infinitely.

  • There is NO HONOR among thieves. C'mon Georgia get better laws on the books!

The laws are written to protect criminals and not law abiding citizens.
  • So this is the way, they stole a lot of land from the proper ownersin the past wonder how many victims knowingly and unknown been robbed

Simply go and do this to the judges and lawyers houses and you will get immediate change.

States meed to catch up with technology and scams asap, a simple form of ID and deed search would have stopped the fraud. I’m glad my little town makes you do things in person.
  • Should be sent to prison for a minimum of 25 years if found guilty.
