  • My morning routine starts with writing in my gratitude journal, followed by speaking my gratitude and affirmations. I then declare my intention for the day. I repeat the same process at night before I switch off the light.:)
  • I'm retired but I still have goals! I usually get up around 8:30 a.m. everyday and start off to bed around midnight. I like to put in a full day and if I have projects to do, I am happy if I get one of them done. No need to overwhelm myself. I like to do stretches 3 times per week with my wife and in the cooler months in Florida, where I live, I love to go hiking. It keeps me young!

  • I wake up between 4;00 -5:00 am. The best thing u can ever do. I use this time till 7:30 when the world and my children are awake, i do my MIT. Most Important Task. I have a cool shower, some workout, coffee fruit then working 1,5 hour without distraction, no one can disturb me, my brain is fresh. I do kore that period than if I work whole day. Then I walk and back to work before I have to send my children to school. That is why I manage own business, working kn own project, being full time mom of two, wife, bug house and always home made food.

    Favorite morning routine is an old breathing exercise (very similar with Wim Hof's method breathing), and then 2 minutes stand in plank.

    It’s easy to point out routines of billionaires AFTER they made it. Am sure their routines looked very different when they were grinding their way to the top. Buffet still spends 80% of his time reading. Elon on the other hand works 60-80 hours/week. The truth it, there is no objective, fool-proof strategy to success. Everyone gets there differently. You just need to find out what works for you. Hard work and consistency in anything are the MAIN take away points.

    So to succeed, I need to wake up at 6, take a shower, do the dishes, look for the sun, let my feet touch the grass, work a dance routine, go to a sauna, workout, eat ham and cheese with a low-fat yogurt, sleep, nap, read 500 pages a day, dip in a cold pool and loosen up and have fun. Um...noted!

    Taking calculated risks and being bold are key to being successful in my opinion. You may fail, but the most important aspect is we learn from our failures. If we’re constantly challenged and learn from our failures, we are growing and aren’t stagnant. Of course, you need to be smart about taking calculated risks and always have an exit or backup plan.
