Cube represents Street Knowledge, Not Gangbangin' It's a difference
  • So we're still playing dumb? There are Neighborhood affiliates. It's not rocket science. Cube is a family man that stayed out of the news (trouble with the law) and got his bread. What good has being a "real gangster" done for anyone anyway? He raised his family, that's what's important here

Just because you’re not a banger doesn’t mean you don’t stand 10 toes and handle your business 💯

Ren was known to be down with Kelly Park.

Ice cube was gangsta enough to walk into priority records and break everything in his path to get that check. A square ain't going to do all that.
  • @Getyourdoe
Sometimes being Gangsta is simply standing up 4 what is right, and having the nuttz to stand on it.

"I dont bang I rocked the dope rhymes. The whole scenery reminded me of Good TImes" Once Upon A Time In The Projects. Cube never claimed gangbanging.
  • I grew up on a farm in Ohio and I never felt like NWA were even trying to be gangsters or promote gangbanging. I knew they were just rapping about their neighborhoods. I will never figure out why people looked at NWA as dudes who were gangsters lol. They were a product of their environment, so their lyrics reflected that. They never even wore colors that were popular with gangs in those communities. They were young black men that used music to better their lives...Sorry if you had crappy parents that didn't instill values in you and you were badly influenced by a rap group. Or you weren't intelligent enough to just be entertained by it lol. People that blame NWA for this and that are the same people who can't accept accountability.
