Wee Disclaimer: I don’t write jokes, being dyslexic I don’t write much of anything. Just a key word, memory or idea and what comes out subsequently is a collection of analogies, trivia, history, stories, and facts that takes form through time spent speaking with people. For me this can be comedy. For you it might not, and that’s ok. Everyone finds comedy and truth in different things so if you don’t like it, like the last episodes of Game of Thrones let’s pretend it never happened. If you do please comment, like and share! If you make it to the end you’ll get a few surprises.

I made and funded this myself so I most definitely need your help and support if you think it might bring a few smiles and a wee bit of happiness please do share with a friend in need and I can keep it available for free. If you want to contribute you certainly can:

If I got lucky and managed to get this on Netflix the reality is it has less potential to reach a wider audience so if it’s worthy of doing so, I put it in you the viewers hands to make it so. Thanks a million for your support. It’s hugely appreciated 🙌. I'm on tour in the next few months so please come see a live show with all new thoughts and stories. In only 9 minutes this guy made me want to go to Ireland.
  • I’m Colombian, husband is mostly Irish, our son is our Green Bean who has a British name and a very Latino face. Everything about this was so much fun to watch 😂.
  • Saw David last night at the Vermont Comedy Club. Now I understand what it means when the Irish have a “Gift of the Gab”. He went on non-stop for over an hour then took questions afterwards. His stories were hilarious and almost unbelievable. But at the end of his skit he brought pictures as proof. My wife and I had ringside seats and neither of us remember ever laughing so hard. I believe he sells himself short. Ticket prices were cheap!
  • @drkellymac
That crowd should have given him a standing ovation. So smart, funny, and even heartwarming. Plus, he's super intelligent for a moron!😂
  • As a white American stoner mountain biker with a liking for tacos, lowriders, and funk music, and Irish heritage in my bloodline, I can definitely say this guy is feckin' awesome!
  • @kikivolauvent1
I’m only surprised he hasn’t been evicted yet? He’s fearless and utterly funny. And he points all the fingers to all the places where it hurts most. I love that man.
  • @ClarkyClark
My great grandfather was orphaned in Ireland when his parents died in a factory fire. He stowed away on a boat and became the cabin boy, sailed around the world several times, ended up in San Francisco. We would hear stories of him and his adventures growing up. I still have his sitting chair. We're very proud of our Irish ancestry and David here shows why; humor, wit, thoughtfulness, a bit of self depreciation and a lot of love. Thanks man, I found you on TikTok first, glad to see you hear, haven't laughed this long in forever. I'll be checking to see when you come to Seattle again.
  • Absolutely incredible special. I spent the last 4 months in Ireland as an American. It made me realize how backwards and crazy our country is. Youre hilarious man, keep going 💪🏽
  • @GryphonAbyss
Absolute gold. David really knows how to integrate comedy, pauses, and non-verbal communication into a masterfully crafted show. Couldn't stop laughing.
  • @dougimmel
Why is it that this guy is smarter faster funnier better and more understanding than any politician we can come up with in the USA in 50 years and he's not even a natural born citizen so he can't be president but we need him desperately. I never laughed so hard.
  • This is by far the funniest stand up I've seen since I don't know when. Thank you for making the Irish so loveable!
  • @EzraELL77
How the heck he managed to put everything into relatable stories... Is beyond me.. he's one brilliant Irishman👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
  • @jonnichols4522
As an Italian American, that joke about history being a Netflix series was much appreciated. 👏👏👏
  • This fellow should be an ambassador to the world...his positivity is infectious. His comedy is impactful and honestly FUNNY. Oddly, I have never heard of him...and I hope that changes for the better. We certainly need more bright thinkers
  • @luvondarox
😂 I love that you brought evidence to support all of the stories you told tonight. That was brilliant and wholly unexpected. You're absolutely fantastic.
  • @GinaGreenlee
I've been to Ireland, 22 years ago. I've traveled to a lot of countries and I can say unequivocally, that Ireland was spectacularly friendly and welcoming. I was actually overwhelmed by how warm and gracious the welcome was. The next two friendliest: New Zealand and Vietnam.
  • @pumpskin
I've been scavenging youtube shorts for scraps of your show for some time now. A full special with over an hour of material is the full course meal of comedy I've been hoping for. Thanks for uploading!
  • @lucianoag999
Thank you Dave! I am an Argentine, half Spanish, quarter English quarter Irish with half German kids. I loved the show. Mixing is what gives life. Is what keeps things happening in the universe. Thank you for telling us to embrace it. I will definitively use the term “cultural appreciation” whenever I have the chance.
  • @mourningone1974
I worked with a lady in college who was dyslexic and it warms my soul to think how much she would appreciate this comedy.
