8:40 the reason why only 18 people out of 110 people survived that is because a earthquake and tsunami going on at the same time don’t mix very well...

I paused it on 12:40 and using my zoom in and zoom out skills, I have figured out how many were in that hotdog stand in that frame. -30 players were inside the hot dog stand. -9 players were near and outside the stand. -71 who weren't there probably died. Hope this answers your question :P
