  • The artist of Bizarre Food actual designed a Vocaloid (Fukase) And surprisingly, despite covers of this song existing, a cover with Fukase is not one of them. I feel like it would be a no-brainer cover to make.

That sound you hear that you've only heard Utsu-P do is his rendition of a metal scream, as you guessed. Obviously, the program people use to make Hatsune Miku doesn't have a 'screamo' setting, so you have to mix it through various things to try to replicate a real scream. From what I heard, Utsu does it by putting Miku's voice through a guitar amp to get that distortion, and then adding several different effects. You can definitely tell that the scream has gotten much more realistic if you compare it to his other works. And while Utsu-P is definitely known for using the Miku scream, there are a couple other people I've heard use it. One being OkameP, a personal favorite of mine, very rock oriented but not as hardcore as Utsu.

The male Scream in backing vocal like "fxxx you" it's SABA. Vocalist of Utsu-P's band "The Ohayogaimas"

I have survived a week without internet woo Glad to see you're still doing Vocaloid, this song is some serious headbanging stuff and there's still much more to be discovered On a non - UtsuP note, are you familiar with Giga? The Techno god of Vocaloid composers
  • @Rioka
there's many more VocaP who using growl effect at 3:27 like - Caz - Angel Bullet - Yuyoyuppe - Cry - Nijawa Neho - Stutter ( the most realistic growl from hatsune miku ) - MuryokuP - Aspirin there are still a lot of VocaP metal out there, it's just that they don't get much attention. by the way, you made a great reaction video, keep it up!

yesssssss now!! always glad to see more vocaloid reactions, if you feel like doing another heavy rock/metal vocaloid song, i highly recommend Datte by Yuyoyuppe, his newest song and comeback after ages :3
  • 4:17 i believe those are called pinch harmonics, somebody please correct me if im wrong. but they are also called screeching.

So you're a rapper ? May I recommend some vocaloid rap then ? レッドアイズブラックセオリー by LIQ ゼロサム by wotaku RAD DOGS by 八王子P (this one is not really vocaloid, it's 4 human singers + Miku)

My first impression was also "ok for Utsu-P, neither top tier nor bad". If you still want some recommendations for Utsu-P: - Crusher-P/Utsu-P - Echo (remix) (english lyrics, more on the electric side) - Utsu-P feat. Hatsune Miku - Posionous Spider Daughter (dubstep-y and crazy ending) - Utsu-P - Executioner (sung by vtuber Amenosei) - Utsu-P & Pandorist-P feat. Hatsune Miku - Natsu Matsuri (tempo switches) - Utsu-P - Atari Front Program (metal + elctronic + trap) - Utsu-P - Death of the Law (metal + electronic/dubstep vibes between) - Utsu-P feat. Kagamine Rin - Ramen shop "Grotesque" (metal + traditional + truly bizzare video) - Utsu-P - The magic of the massacre (metal + deathcore) - Utsu-P - Poster Girl's Prank (mainly metal with more focus on the vocals) - Utsu-P - The Sun Goddess & Rat feat. Hatsune Miku (... egyptian metal?)
