    Sounds like the alarms at my school! They are replacing the whole fire alarm system so the new alarms are voice evac but we still have a few of the older alarms that they did not replace yet so whenever we have a fire drill all you hear is a few Wheelock NS's going off and the voice evacuation message at the same time.
