Policeman ‘stamp’ video triggers protest in Rochdale

Published 2024-07-25
An armed police officer has been suspended from all duties after a video showing a man being kicked and stamped on the head at Manchester airport was circulated online.

Hundreds of protesters gathered outside Rochdale police station, a divisional headquarters of Greater Manchester police, on Wednesday evening chanting: “GMP shame on you.”

Footage shared on social media has shown speakers describing the police as “institutionally racist”, but also urging the crowd to protest peacefully. The force said that the protest ended “safely” and “without incident”.

  • I literally hate all politicians that have allowed this take over to happen .....
  • Time these policemen and policewoman (the one who got her nose broken) were praised for their reaction to these people who think they are above our laws. They wouldn't try this in the middle east.

You don't attack armed police especially in an airport, the muslim woman had to follow search rules for the safety of all...don't like it then leave.

The armed officer who was attacked should have discharged her weapon.
  • The moral of the story is you don't f**k around with police at airports for obvious reasons.
  • The religion of peace. Whether it's Harehills, Rochdale, Dewsbury or Luton, their contribution is always filled with love and peace. I'd like to see all of Europe free from their oppression of terror & violence

See the whole video (elsewhere) and you make up your own mind. The criminals are lucky this wasn't USA imo. You decide. Don't let others blindside you.
