  • Listening to this early in the morning while my family is asleep, sitting in the backyard, a cup of warm tea with honey and lemon embodies everything i want my life to be.
  • Ahh, morning coffee and fresh air Perfect for keeping Lumbago at bay as you wait to hear Dutch's next plan before going to look for Lenny

I'm not American and don't know much about cowboy culture, but this reminds me of my Grandpa. He always calmed me down and made me happy, just like this music. I always said he was my best friend, and he said I was his "friend of the soul". This was during my childhood were we would watch Toy Story on VHS, and 'You've got a friend in me' played in a country-ish style. I miss you everyday old friend.

I moved to eastern Idaho into the greater Yellowstone area to accept my dream job with the US Fish and Wildlife Service just after finishing college. Already an avid outdoorsman my work environment was rich with the opportunity to see our nation's rich wildlife heritage up close and personal. The experience made a life long impact upon me and today although I live far away from this area I still follow the going's on in the area's I was concerned about at the time. At the time my morning drink of choice was a tea called Red Zinger, not coffee although that came later. I held lonely vigils then without radio or television and filled the hours learning to read music and playing the harmonica and reading the classics. Thank you for this reminder of those joy filled times.

This reminds me of being a kid watching John Wayne movies with my Father. Good memories, love you and miss you Dad.

I appreciate your usage of real art and not generated images like most playlist tubers

such a lovely playlist makes me wanna living with high honor, like Arthur Morgan.
  • @TheRealJedi
Thank you nobody. I stay here listening to this art because of you
  • Funny, I’ve lived in west Yellowstone a year and some of these songs sound a lot like what you’ll hear at the parts store 😂 gotta love it. Not a cowboy but I’m a Boston boy turned hardcore wannabe Montanan 😂😂
  • @BARBARYAN.
As a young boy growing up around El Paso Texas, and parts of New Mexico…I was vehemently against anything western just because it felt, I don’t know. I did not feel like it that ancestral inner-connectedness that holds up the traditions of these brave young men who risked it all to be their own judge and allowed none to dictate their lifestyles. I felt like they were so much more gritty and tougher than I was. With that being said, now that I am in my late 20s, I cannot get enough of anything western and Wild West. Especially Cowboys, gunslingers, bounty hunters etc. to the point where now I dress my young sons with cowboy hats and rattlesnake boots with them big ole brass belt buckles with decorative designs which would reflect the personal triumphs of the individual cowboys accomplishments and his personal values. Now I proudly wear my cowboy attire everywhere I go even when I visit other countries from Europe to Latin America. Locals love taking photos with me and it’s a grand old time. My favorite aspect listen to a lot of real authentic western music and it just feels like I am Connecting to my my ancestors who fought through these rugged times and the wild west and who prevailed in suffered and just went through one of the most brutal times in American history and for that I am proud so thank you for this upload and I look forward to more similar videos to this

Son, this is as fine a playlist as you've ever made. I'm finishing up my coffee and fixing to head out to work, and this- among so many other things- reminds me that the reason I'm going out is to have a place to come home. Merry Christmas
  • @Flamedied
Cowboys will always have a special place in my heart. My dad loves them and he got me loving them. Whenever I think of them I think of him and that makes me happy
  • @shehdhdh
gonna put this on replay when playing rdr2
  • 🤠... It's exactly the kind of music I play for my grandson, when I take care of him, while his parents are away for work! 😊❤ My acoustic guitar, my voice, singing sweetyy some country songs... and my "little cowboy" on my side.... the beauty of life 🧬🎶✨
  • Nope, I’ve played this part of Red Dead Redemption 2 as soon as I set up my comfy tent I get shot at by O'Driscolls.
  • I've never really liked watching tv that much, and I've never watched Yellowstone. However, I remember my mother singing some of these songs when I was a little girl - Down In The Valley, Streets of Laredo, Red River Valley...Thank you for bringing my mother back to me for a little bit💖
  • @JG-kn7ew
Absolutely beautiful. Nothing like clawhammer banjo in the old style
  • This epitomised how it felt to wake up in Nevada. I sure do miss those brisk mornings and that lovely orange sunrise. 🖤
  • @Odminey
Lovely playlist! I'm listening to it while having my morning coffee. Though I'm in a 70s housing block in Ukraine, and it's an overcast winter morning. But still, yeah, the music is great.
