Tugged at the emotional heartstrings of this 34 year old man. That chemistry is electric…. Maybe it’s the German that seems to put so much anger and pain into the words when they are being emotional, but whatever it is they hit the nail on the head. Amazing!! Roll on S2…. Not 2026.

Not only a very well-executed ETL based on a perfect adaptation of the book but also the performances, the chemistry of the main characters, the music and everything else’s outstanding! This show singlehandedly revived my once hopeless romantic self. The enemies to lovers trope was done fantastically and the chemistry between the two leads is simply mindblowing. I was totally expecting a cringe romantic show but the brilliant execution and emotions conveyed blew me away. Loved it so so much, and season 2 can't come soon enough! 💕 PS. The music in this show is stunninggg, I am obsessed with all the song choices

This is one of those rare occasions when the series is better than the book (in my opinion). Prime made a very good adaptation. It´s a series with all the clichés and nothing original in the plot, but the performances and the chemistry of the main characters make it top. And of course it´s much better in the original version, although it´s strange to hear that they speak German when the series is set in England.😆😅

Maxton Hall has been my newest obsession from day one. I can't recommend it enough to every one around me and when they watch it they can't stop gushing about it either. All I wanna talk about is James & Ruby and their chemistry and how well the show is executed. Perfection. The acting and the directing and the casting and the soundtrack, all perfection. The number of my rewatches of Maxton Hall is insane! I keep going back! It has totally ruined all the other young adult shows for me. Maxton Hall is the best! I hope the next season will at least be 8 episodes! 6 episodes is too short! And I know that there are only 3 books but I wish there would be at least 5 seasons. 😭 I just can't get enough of them.
