‘X’ to Replace Blue Bird as Twitter's New Logo

Elon Musk has chosen the new logo for Twitter, replacing its signature blue bird with a stylized "X" as part of the billionaire’s vision of transforming the 17-year-old service into an everything app. Peter Elstrom reports on Bloomberg Television.

This looks like anothed bad decision. Taking a clever and universally recognised logo and replacing it with something full of negative connotations is bizarre. I keep thinking of better uses for the 45 billion he bought it for in the first place. But im not the billionaire ......

It's an incredibly bad logo from a design perspective. It looks like it's going to fall over like a flimsy folding chair. It's also really bland and unremarkable. it doesn't stand out, doesn't tell a story. He should have left the rebranding up to people who actually know what they're doing, but he's too miserly or stupid to do that.
