Can evolution be explained / structured with the CTMU?

1. Question: When you said something to the effect “the defining components of an equivalence relation, or tautology, is reflexivity, symmetry and transitivity.” The words get said so fast that I was unsure if you said reflexivity or reflectivity? It seems that the two meanings of these words are related, and could both mean something very similar when combined with symmetry and transitivity. 2. Question: How does your system differ with Chris Langan’s CTMU? Or is it the same, but you articulation of Lagan’s system? Thanks!
