hobbies are not meant to be attractive hobbies mean doing things that you love it doesn't matter if it is attractive or not. football is my hobby not because it is attractive but because I love football

I would also like to add learning languages to cerebral. It's SO important in today's day and age, where the world is more connected. I am currently learning a language which is popularly spoken in my country but is not English (though I do also like learning new complex English words), a language where I'm forced to learn an entirely new alphabet, and a language that honestly I've just been learning throughout school so I don't want all those years to go to waste and is spoken by many people worldwide.

physical: Working out, handball cerebral: programming creative: beatmaking, playing the bass, writing poems/lyrics.
  • Giving more time and attention to my hobbies literally helped me realize what I liked the most in life and now I know what I want and you have no idea how I enjoy dancing and the way it keeps me alive and how it helps me deal with sadness, depression and anxiety I’m so so so glad

I engage in various activities such as learning new languages, playing chess, reading, painting, playing tennis, dancing, cooking/baking, practicing Taekwondo, writing, and solving puzzles. Additionally, I aspire to learn how to play the piano, violin, and cello. Your video has inspired me to delve into programming, despite my initial apprehension about computers and lack of knowledge in using them.

The best part about this video is that you covered every part that every young adult is looks at. • Gym (Physical) • Reading (Cerebral) • Instrument (Creative) One of the simplest but best videos I’ve seen in a while. Good Stuff Mr Chad.

I also do recommend watching good documentaries, and keeping up with the worldly affairs. You might be uninterested sometimes but it's something which will never be useless in the long run.
