HIV is now very treatable. Someone diagnosed at 18 has a life expectancy of 65. That's beautiful and I pray cancer becomes the same.

His death made his friends to step up and take their lives seriously.

The fact that Eazy-E thought aids was treatable just breaks my heart
  • This reminds me when I was diagnosed with stage 3C testicular cancer which had spread very aggressively in my body and I almost lost my life to it, the scene when the doctor told him they can’t do anything is almost traumatizing, my group of oncologists had told me that I wasn’t going to live past a year and that I would likely die during surgery; you get the most overwhelming feeling of disparity. It feels like it was almost like a dream, everyday felt like my last. I never wish that on my worst enemy. it’s been 5 years and I’m still around today.

I don't think the actors ever got enough recognition for these scenes😭🥺

"I don't even feel that bad, Doc." Makes me sad every time.
  • The man playing Easy-E is amazing. You can feel the confusion and raw emotions without overacting.
  • Eazy was an example of how the African American community never thought HIV would've affected them because many thought it was a "gay disease", then it did. The positive out of this tragedy was that many started getting tested and becoming aware it could affect them. Eazy truly saved lives..

“I don’t even feel that bad doc” 😔 gets to me everytime, RIP E
  • The dude that played E' should've gotten an Oscar for this role. He plays it so convincingly.
  • My father died of AIDS April of 1995. I couldn’t finish watching this movie when I got to this scene. I remember my brothers and I walking down to the gas station to get his favorite snacks because he was too sick to get it. This was a very hard scene. And very well acted.
  • When Dre came in and saw E on the breathing tube I just lost it...what an emotional scene! Felt so realistic and props to the real Dr Dre and Ice Cube for putting this masterpiece together!

When Eazy-E died his wife inhereted his wealth and went on to produce this movie. What a tribute.
  • Imagine how a doctor must feel having to tell someone is terminal and there's nothing that can be done.

The fact that he was so young and no one else he knew had it still doesn't sit right with me to this day smh rip Eazy 😢

When his bodyguard closed the door to avoid hearing another grown man cry touched my soul. As a man it's hard to watch another man breakdown.

When doc said: “We can...make you comfortable” 😢 that shit was sad

All the Actors and Actresses did a incredible job with this film. You could literally feel the pain and grief when E got diagnosed.

He was so young! The fact that he went public to warn people was beautiful! To save someone from suffering the way he did! 🙏🏾♥️
