If you look back in the video, the little waterproof first aid kit was already cracked before you opened it. I would return it.

Love these videos. We bought some $22 backpacks at Walmart 9 years ago to use as carry-on luggage for a trip. My daughters used theirs for school bags through middle and high school. We all still have our bags and they are still in good condition. One of the best buys I ever made.
