I suffer from chronic mental disorders and have a high level of stress and anxiety everyday in my life. Drawing patterns and mandalas in different ways helps me forget my reality and rest from negative emotions. I get centered and focused. OMG! Im sooooo glad i found your channel!!! I used to draw a lot, went to art school for a semester..then life happened and there was no time.
