If you want cool ass tip: 1. First minion die exactly at 35 and 10 seconds in midland every minute without player interruption. 2. It takes 5 seconds to walk from red buff to mid lane without missing a single gold and 3 seconds from blue. 3. Exactly leave at 28/29 seconds if you're helping jungle from red buff and 32 from blue buff. 4. Some mage / mid laner doesn't need to rotate immediately after clearing the lane but help to kill the other monster buff.

Overrotation can also kill your tempo. There can be two types of rotations: matching and countermatching, if you are stronger early matching is good but if you are weak counter matching is also good aka the lane that gets ganked suck it up and you go other lane. Mid lane is also support 2.0 and dps 2.0 i.e. you make plays and also do damage. Having info of the enemy jungle and the creeps is good for tracking enemy jungler position. Also while ganking lanes check the minions if the enemy laner has already cleared the minions they can just stay in turrent and has no incentive to walk up. Also, always be on their face and skill check enemies if you are confident or just hide on bush, it works really well as a mid laner. Also, you must always clear mid lane. Specially if you clear it first, you can observe enemy show themselves to clear the wave. So before lord or turtle always always clear mid, it also allows you control of the river.
