While I was trying to get the Grappler on Parkour Reborn yesterday, I noticed most of the tutorials are way too difficult and complex for newer/worse players. So, I decided to showcase all the routes I used while I was getting the Grappler. I hope you guys enjoy, and I hope this video helps!

thank you SO MUCH this tutorial was amazing and simple, even though for the 7th component the jump near the neon time trial jump was impossible if you weren't level 20+ it was still straight forward and to the point.

Billy that was the best tutorial for this, although i did find another route, when you are close to Dirwik construction, you say to jump to the platform, if you run up the the grey whitish brick building, where you go after making it to the platform at 22:29, you can long jump from the time trial next to that building wallrun jump around the corner, climb and wallrun again you get to the platform easier, The one on the white building/grey. hope this helped.
