Makes total sense. I have a tendency lately to overthink and create a thousand scenarios/meanings out of just one thing that a person has said. I know that this isn't healthy for me. Hopefully soon I can find ways to lessen this tendency.

nailed an alcohol addiction 10 years ago but have struggled to knock the weed on the head despite my soul and body crying out for me to do it. This message came through loud and clear Ali. The loss is my mom passed unexpectedly in March. I am stuck a little since I'm mourning still. I am starting to feel better and know I will feel so much better once I get back to the gym. Low-vibration food 🍕 🍨 is not helping. Thank you, Ali! ❤Still single by choice.

This WAS the reminder. Thank you! Despite overall great things, I did get frustrated by a delay and allowed myself to indulge in low vibing. Snapped back mid-video...clicked the like button. With the phone still in hand it rang, I received the news of resolution of the delay. Omg we are so powerful when aligned!

Indeed, this way of thinking made me take everything personally. As a Scorpio, I have noticed throughout my journey that I often have trouble trusting others, but I can also feel too easily rejected. This makes me overthink things and leads to emotional instability and sabotage myself . Today, I have come out of a toxic relationship with a Taurus; my ex partner was very belittling and emotionally unavailable. However, after a period of intense but healing pain, I am gradually learning not only to trust myself more and therefore not to function as I did before, but also to take things as they come and live more in the present moment and in peace . Indeed, I see the relationships that come into my life today as training to see if my new way of functioning is well in place and if I can overcome this pattern. Sometimes I feel like I’m looking over my shoulder and not necessarily recognizing the person I was six months ago. Even though it's still a process, I feel much more grounded and confident. Everything Alina says in her readings, which resonates with truth, is a precious help on the path to healing and self-understanding 🩷
