What Barbara said is harsh, especially for her, but she made a more sincere point in a different episode about a similar type of product. (Paraphrasing) "Rather than your business, you need to market yourselves. That's where the value is." Koko already knew this (she was wearing a dress covered with her face) and that's the only reason she was there.

Well after 10 continuous minutes of uncontrollable laughter at "so please live with your saggy face," I feel like I did some free face yoga. This whole episode was like a magic mushroom trip. Idk how these guys didn't see her App coming now worth $5M. Good on her!
