In this video I play Terraria but here's the twist, every time I damage an enemy I gain experience that goes towards leveling my minions. With each level increases the damage, size, and best of all the number of minions I'm able to summon. Things are about to get insane so stay tuned to witness it.

  • Hi, I'm the developer of the Signature Equipment mod Thank you for continuing to make videos with him This week a lot of bugs with the summoner were fixed, I hope this did not interfere too much with you setting up the mod and passing the game If anyone is reading this and has questions about setting up the mod, write in the comments, I will answer And I want to immediately indicate how to use the config for minions: According to the standard config, it turns out that you reduce the slot requirement by 0.5% per level, and so you reduce a maximum of 95% of the requirement In other words, if you took, say, Imp, which requires 1 slot (for example, the twins will have 0.5 per projectile, and mods like Calamity can require 2 and 4 slots for 1 minion) At the first level it will be: 1 * (1-0.5%) = 1 * 0.995 = 0.995 At maximum level: 1 * (1-95%) = 1 * 0.05 = 0.05 Let's say we have 1 spawn slot, and then we can spawn 20 minions (1 slot / 0.05 slot requirement) However, it is worth considering that for some reason in my tests, if there are no additional slots, a maximum of 3 minions spawn, I don’t understand what causes this and how to fix it, so you need a summoner accessory/armor. At the same time, it sometimes worked like that, sometimes it didn’t The Dragon of Star Dust really has many problems, and I do not understand how they are caused. The best you can do is turn off the Additional ProjectIns for him, but then most likely it will be endless in size And yes, in order to update the effects of the minions, their damage and so on, they have to be reappearing, even the video shows that some minions have different sizes I also want to notice that the Abigail's flower and Storm Tiger are fixed and should work And if you have any problems with the mod, for example, you found some kind of bug, write to me on discord. It can be found in the description of the mod on Steam (if I write it here, the comment will be automatically deleted)

when you summoned the Terraprisma at the end, at level 65, it looked kinda like an armored person holding the sword in a low draw.

You might have gotten the bee armor, since it would have increased your minions slots and dmg even more.
  • @RaxoNCS
For these videos, i really recommend you choose a specific weapon and use that for the entire run, in my opinion that would be much more interesting as you keep leveling a weapon and making it op

Ruthless is the best reforge and I didn't think you could get mythical on summons seeing how they can't normally crit besides using that one whip

I have 3 Things to say here: First, as always in these Videos, i would really enjoy seeing you carry one weapon from the midgame up untill the end. And this video would have been Perfect for it, since the blade staff count's to the best summon weapons in the game. 2. A few details on the Blade staff. It has the best tracking of all summon weapons, which is especially good against fast enemys like fishron. It has the fastest hitrate of all summon weapons, so it benifits massivly from whips and form ichor and from the sharktooth necklace. and 3rd, i don't know if it actually works, but the old ones army could be perfect for grinding out xp for the weapons.

I like how at the end the hallow dagger summon grew into full sized swords after all the levels it got. And terraprisma turned into an eldritch being when summoned after grinding
  • Ok, watching this video as a summoner, here are a few things I found that you can do to help with progression: 1. Fighting queen bee is useful for not only the bee armor, which is better than just the fur coat, but the witch doctor sells the pygmy necklace at night which gives you a minion slot. 2. Blood moon fishing should not be over looked. In pre-hardmode the vampire frog staff is dropped from wandering eye fish and blood mermen, and in hardmode the sanguine staff is dropped from dreadnautlis. Both are extremely strong for the stage at which you get them. 3. The tempest staff should never be used as a replacement for other weapons, it is very inaccurate and doesn’t do enough damage to be useful. Instead use the blade staff to get the sanguine staff, then use that to get the crow staff from the pumpkin moon. 4. Hallowed armor can be used as a replacement to spider armor if you’re struggling with plantera. 5. The mythical modifier should be replaced with the ruthless modifier as the speed only affects the summon speed and not the attack speed Hope this helps with any playthroughs anyone might be doing.

You're my fav youtuber, i just got terraria and you help me understand some of the bosses, weapons, and crafting recipes. Thank you so much for all the help, keep up the good work!

Poor Queen Bee got completely ignored despite being minion-focused lol. Fun video as usual! The spider staff is special as the spiders only take up 0.75 of a slot, meaning 4 spiderlings fit in 3 slots. The mod might also do a similar thing for the weapons to summon more minions when leveling up as I'm not sure if weapons could give minion slots that don't disappear when you select something else, even modded. I was a little bit disappointed not to see the Optic Staff, it's one of the coolest minions and its issue with only being able to hit a few times per second was fixed.
  • Bruh , i didn't scroll too much but not a lot of people are thanking you for your time , like just leveling up the Terraprisma to 65 is too much work , i have to thank you thoroughly for that , i LOVE Terraria and there aren't many people playing it nowadays , so i feel like i should thank you a lot ❤️ keep on going
  • @jared7126
Blade staff was the real MVP in this video
  • @topi6173
I feel like you should have the dps meter from the start, would be fun to see how your damage increases in these challenges
  • @BiancaRoughFin
I would have picked the Xeno staff instead of the Tempest one, its damage is lower than the Tempst but it doesnt miss, which is great for dealing with fast moving end-game enemies and the UFOs instantly teleport above the target when it gets in range.
  • @Tibor716
Ruthless is the best modifier for summon weapons not mythical. The only stat that is used with minions is damage % as the rest of the stats will be ignored by the minion itself and will only be used to summon them for cheaper or faster casting them out etc.

Timing couldn't be better! Thank you!

You know that the horseshoe is useless when you have any wings (including fledgling wings)?
