I think meeting Al, at least for Dan, was meeting one of his biggest Inspirations for what NSP became. And you can tell he was excited/nervous by how important AL's opinion of Bird Box was to him.... 😅😅

I really wanted to laugh at the customer support call but as a retail cashier, there are people who sound like that and act very similarly and I've trained myself not to laugh at ridiculous customer mannerisms.
