Objectively speaking, DK has much better level design and characters with more expressions. The new super mario brother series from DS to Wii U are just ok.

Do you mind explaining why Mario Bros Wii is better, when they both take inherently unoriginal World themes, but while Mario leaves it at that, and keeps it stale and linear the whole way through, DK always has a cool idea for a level to really give each level its own identity, and really sell the whole vibe, along with having more secrets that all have more purpose and feel more rewarding. Not to mention the flat out better sound track on DK’s end, there’s not even any arguing it, there’s just SO much more soul put into DK then Mario, which feels like a petty cash grab in comparison to the glorious DK.

I had both of these and loved them along with the Super Mario Galaxy series. In 2017 when I got my Xbox One S, I sold my 360 (dumb mistake, I was young) but I kept my Wii and these games. I CANNOT FIND THESE GAMES TO THIS DAY, and they cost so much online now 😭
