The saddest part? If I saw a dad and son act like 0:48, I’d assume they had a great relationship and were quite close. I’ve seen my friend’s dad play around with him and with us, but he’s warm and kind and treats all of us like his buddies. This PR stunt would’ve absolutely worked on me. Proof that you only see what celebs want you to see.

The showcase of the family wealth, including the sound are on another level and perfect.

The layers of irony keep getting peeled back. First he's apparently forgotten how he hit Roman and chooses a playful punch as his gesture to greet him. And then even that possible bit of sincerity is taken away when the cameras are revealed. And then even that staged goodwill isn't worth showing to his closest associates, or rather they receive his staged dismissal because he has to signal to the world that he's in charge. And finally a small crowd has been waiting on his hand and foot when he barely acknowledges they exist and they are left loitering aimlessly after he passes through. And every single person there knows this is all bullshit, and yet they all play along because the bullshit is all they have.

Every time I see this scene I'm reminded of Gil in season 1 saying Logan was like a planet

his cavalier disposition is always endearing... Bravo!

Maybe Logan dissed Gerri because he wants to show to the cameras that they are not in conformity/complicity to appear that he is no longer in charge, so in other words that she is not his puppet

I was in the Ross Aviation FBO when they finished filming this scene. Later that evening, the BBJ 737 taxied behind me to the runway and took off while I was doing my preflight checks. It was super cool to watch it depart IRL and then watch this scene!

Can I say this is one of the best ending of any episode. What a Marvelous score. The way Logan interacts with Roman, the way he snubbed Gerri, it all seemed like he is still flying, even though the plane is landed, he is still in air , flying. Just imagine if Logan had any superpowers to him , then how he would have been , without superpowers he behaves like a super hero, with special powers… just thinking of that give you chills.
