The US justice system is one of the weirdest. There was a guy wrongfully accused of stealing a Hertz rental car and was arrested and held in jail for 7 months, couldn't even post bail. But this guy gets a low a bail for murder charge? Wow. What a judge and justice system.

Out on bond for murder? "He's such a good boy, he'd never do that again". Judges who let these creeps out should be charged themselves. This crap is happening all over, in many cities and towns.
