I lost 80lbs in 2016 and I did a good job at maintaining it, but I know I gained a lot back the next year. It really stressed me out because I just want to feel comfortable and beautiful in my own body. I’m starting fresh again and I’m gonna try to keep the weight off, or at least maintain it. i really needed this message, I been struggling with my weight, I recently dropped 30 pounds but Ive been fluctuating as well. I tend to freak out anytime i put on a couple pounds.
