    Im impressed because in the Bay Area it’s expensive and yes it’s worth it ok if one day its gonna have alot of equity if yuo decide to move to a cheaper state yuo can sell in the future if yuo ever need to I’m happy yuo not renting because renting it’s that expensive for a teacher salary im proud its a good size cute home try to keep it minimal stuff so it won’t look and feel crowded congratulations
